Today adidas unveiled the special version of the Brazuca that will be used during the final of the World Cup in Brazil. The Official Album of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, “One Love, One Rhythm” is now available for preorder. The Official Song, “We Are One (Ole Ola)” is by Pitbull featuring Jennifer Lopez. Shakira, who sang the Official World Cup South Africa song, is also featured once again on this album. Definitely pretty festive and reminds me of the vibrant party atmosphere that one would see at the Carnival festival. The album artwork is also awesome. Take a listen to Pitbull’s song below.
Nike recently unveiled a Tropical version of their popular Mercurial boot. Like Adidas, Nike has been taking inspiration from the Amazon Rainforest which is mostly located in Brazil, where the World Cup will take place this summer. Arena de Amazonia is one of 12 stadiums that will host World Cup games, which is located in Manaus, a city with the Brazilian Jungle as its backyard.
