Nike F.C. is Nike’s latest campaign for their lead-up to the World Cup. The Nike F.C. is a club, not a team, made of some of the top players in the world that Nike has the pleasure of representing. The history of the club goes all the way back to the epic 1994 World Cup final in the US where Brazil became the first nation to win four World Cup titles when they beat Italy 3–2 in a penalty shootout after the game ended 0–0 after extra time, the first World Cup final to be decided on penalties. Legends like Figo, Cannavaro and Ronaldo were the first to be inducted into the Nike F.C.
To honor the all-or-nothing approach of these athletes, Nike introduces Nike F.C. – not just a collection but also a badge of honor representing passion, talent, irreverence and most of all the willingness to put it all on the line. Inspired by the aforementioned legends, current players like Neymar Jr., Jack Wilshere and Dani Osvaldo keep the torch burning through brilliant play, ferocious tenacity and relentless resilience.
